Welcome to Burlington Northtown Community Credit Union

Credit unions are not-for-profit financial cooperatives, owned and operated for the benefit of their members/owners. Credit unions offer members a wide variety of financial services, including savings accounts, loans and convenience services.

Most credit unions pay a higher dividend rate on savings accounts and charge a lower interest rate on loans. To become an owner, you open a regular share (savings) account — this is your membership (share) in the credit union.

Why Join Burlington? Chartered in 1928, Burlington Northtown Community Credit Union was founded by Burlington Railroad employees. Through the years, membership has been expanded to include anyone who lives or works in North Kansas City. Burlington members are just like you — hard-working individuals looking for a friendly place to save and borrow money.
