Text Banking/Account Alerts

What is Text Banking & Alerts?

With Text Banking & Alerts, you can access your account information through text messaging without having to sign into your online banking account.

How do I sign up?

You can register your mobile phone number through your Internet Member Access or through the BNCCU mobile banking app.

Once your mobile phone number is registered, you will be able to manage your alerts through Internet Member Access.

How does Text Banking & Alerts work?

Text Banking & Alerts monitors your account for activity that you specify and utilizes Push Alerts to notify you.

Notifications can be scheduled as well for your convenience.

What kinds of alerts are available?

Text Banking & Alerts offers several alerts that you can select to help manage and protect your account.

Examples of Push Alerts

  • Daily Balance Alerts "I'd like to receive my available balance every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9am."

  • Monthly Balance Alerts "I'd like to know my available balance at 10 PM on the 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th of every month."

  • Balance Threshold Alerts "I'd like to know when my available balance is below $100 or when it is above $1,000" or "I'd like to know when my available balance is below $50."

  • Fee Alerts "I'd like to know when account XXXX is assessed a bank fee."


  • Transaction Alerts

There are a lot of transaction types. Some examples might be receiving an alert for any transaction over $200, for Debit Card Transactions over $50, or for any ACH or Wire transaction over $1.00. That's pretty cool.

�To what number should I send my commands?

Send all your Text Banking & Alerts commands to 39257. If you're not sure what command to use, text HELP to 39257.

What else can Text Banking & Alerts do?

Text Banking & Alerts goes beyond Push Alerts to allow you to access to you balance, initiate account transfers, and review account transaction history without having to log into your Internet Member Access account.

How do I stop communications from Text Banking & Alerts?

You can unenroll from all alerts by sending STOP to 39257.
